Schools and groups

 

The Hochelaga-Maisonneuve Y centre is awarding a cash prize to the first three schools, sports teams, or community groups with the greatest number of finishers in the Spring Challenge (a minimum of 15 participants is required to be eligible for the prize).

 

Your young participants will have an unforgettable experience

  • A snack will be given at the end of the race.
  • Medals will be awarded to the winners of each event.
  • Electronic chip to record the exact times.
  • Door prizes to be drawn among the pre-registrants.
  • A certificate will be available on the website after the race.

Procedure

Registrations and payments should be submitted no later than Thursday, May 2, 2012 at midnight to Marilyse Drolet at the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve Y centre. When submitting your registrations and payments, please indicate the name of the school or organization on each of the registration forms.

 

The race numbers and electronic chips will be distributed to the person responsible for the school or organization on the day of the race. This same person is responsible for distributing the race numbers and electronic chips to the participants and to ensure that each is returned at the end of the race.

 

Admission requirements

  • The young participants can be part of only one team, school, or organization.
  • The school or organization must have a minimum of 15 finishers (for any event) to be eligible for a prize.
  • The 1 km race is limited for participants 11 years old or younger on December 31st, 2012.
  • With parental consent, a young participant can register for an event different from the one for their age group.
  • All young participants must wear their race numbers in the front.
